Isabel Rößler is a jazz bassist and improviser. Baars and Rößler first met on stage at the no longer existing Club „Au Topsi Pohl“ in Berlin in 2021. It was clear they had to play again. In autumn 2022 they performed as a duo and in January 2023 as a trio with cellist Guilherme Rodrigues. The duo’s first demo recording will be released later in the year. In their music, they engage in deep improvised dialogue, walking paths through worlds that they both discover as they create them.
